The Junzhiquan team successfully represented Lifud in a case of patent infringement involving the technology of power converter circuits and conversion methods, by invalidating all patents in question, effectively resolving the patent infringement dispute. Recently, we received a decision from the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court dismissing the lawsuit.

The dispute concerned a claim amounting to ten million yuan, with the patent covering highly specialized and complex electrical operating modes. Drawing on profound legal expertise and robust technical capabilities, the Junzhiquan team devised a comprehensive and meticulous litigation strategy. Throughout the case, we showcased significant technical prowess. Despite previous unsuccessful attempts to invalidate the contested patent, the Junzhiquan team managed to articulate the case’s complex technical issues during the invalidation process clearly. By delineating the distinctions between the patent and prior art and assessing its inventiveness, we succeeded in having the disputed patent entirely invalidated, thereby resolving the patent infringement dispute.
