Job responsibilities:

1. Draft patent application documents, respond to Office Actions, and handle reviews;

2. Explore patentable solutions based on disclosures provided and conduct creative evaluations;

3. Follow up on clients' R&D projects, search and analyze existing technologies, and provide clients with references for technical designs;

4. Conduct risk assessments for new products developed by clients and assist clients in avoiding patent risks;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job requirements:

1. Committed to realizing the value of intellectual property and willing to engage in creative work;

2. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to those holding a Patent Agent License;

3. Patent agency experience (at least two years for applicants with a bachelor's degree and at least one year for applicants with a master’s degree), strong case drafting skills, and familiarity with drafting electrical engineering cases;

4. Excellent logical thinking capabilities and strong oral and written communication skills;

5. Strong case management skills, capable of independently driving project progress and serving clients;
