The basic patent of Ningde New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., "an electrode sheet and a lithium-ion battery containing the electrode sheet" (ZL201410782528.9), has been filed three patent invalidation cases by three invalidation requesters. After the strong response of the Junzhiquan team, the State Intellectual Property Office made a decision to maintain the validity of the patent right. Subsequently, the three invalidation claimants filed administrative lawsuits separately.

In the face of a more violent offensive launched by the three invalidation claimants in the administrative litigation, the Junzhiquan team effectively dismantled all the other party's attack points with its deep professional and technical accumulation and sufficient litigation preparation. In the end, the court of first instance made a judgment in favor of upholding the invalidation review decision. So far, the Junzhiquan team has once again successfully safeguarded the core intellectual property rights and interests of customers.
