Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. filed two lawsuits against Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xuqin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. before the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court on the grounds of invention patent infringement dispute. Entrusted by Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xuqin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Junzhiquan represented the clients and actively responded to the lawsuits.

Recently, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court rendered the first-instance judgment. The court held that the evidence on file was insufficient to establish patent infringement by Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xuqin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and dismissed all claims of the plaintiff.
