In 2023, regarding cases of hshbao suing Glodon and other companies for software invention patent disputes, Junzhiquan gained a succession of victorious outcomes — courts either dismissed the plaintiff’s claims or witnessed hshbao withdrawing its lawsuits.

Upon receiving the client’s commission, Junzhiquan promptly organized a team of senior professionals in the relevant field, including experienced lawyers and patent agents. Confronted with challenges related to evidence preservation and technical comparisons, Junzhiquan team collaborated closely with Glodon team, securing several key wins:

(1) In the invalidation proceedings involving hshbao’s three patents, the CNIPA ruled in favor of invalidating two of the patents entirely and partially invalidating another one.

(2) Regarding the three invention patent infringement cases between Glodon and hshbao accepted at the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, the Court adopted Junzhiquan’s defense opinions and rejected the plaintiff’s claims.

(3) Regarding three invention patent infringement cases between Glodon and hshbao accepted at the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court, the plaintiff withdrew its lawsuits.
